Peter and Petrova Quince

Exploring the old church in Abbotsbury in Dorset, we were lucky enough to spot some quinces for sale in a dish, these can be used for cooking and are delicious as quince jam with a bit of cheese. Peter and Petrova don't much care for cheese but they are thinking about a nibble of quince. Petrova is named after one of the girls in one of my favourite childhood books 'Ballet Shoes' by Noel Streatfield.
