Freya - Little Owl on Farm Machinery

Although the original painting of this owl lives with it's owners this is one of my most popular prints. It was one of some little owls which live on a farm and like to sit near the buildings on top of farm machinery, the contrast of the rust of the handle and the owl's plumage in the evening light was a great challenge to paint in watercolour.
