SOLD Evening - Barn Owl

SOLD Evening - Barn Owl

A beautiful late winter's evening light and one of our most iconic owls - the barn owl watching and waiting for a chance to hunt small rodents in the frosty grass. 'The owl for all it's feathers was a-cold' John Keats the poet summed up the atmosphere beautifully in the first lines of his poem 'The Eve of St Agnes.'
